What size tank trailers does Schneider use? I would love to know the height and length. Thanks.

i think they're 43 feel long, and i can fit under a 12' 6" limbo bar without a catwalk rail on the trailer

Thank you! How difficult is NYC with a tanker? I've applied for a regional job out of Keasbey, NJ.

Not 100% on Schneider but they range from 40-48ft with around 42/43 being average I would say. Around 12 ft tall

if you know where're you're going it would be no problem, if you stay on the main state roads it would be no problem, if you don't take a wrong turn it would be no problem. the northeast isn't as tricky as it's made out to be, yes the lanes are a little narrower than other places, but it's not like goat trails that are hard to navigate. the problem with the northeast is the layout, and the potential to make a mistake and get stuck. in other places you can take a wrong turn and left right left yourself back to the main road, but in the northeast it's like a rat maze that you can't see over the walls, there might only be one solution, and they aren't marked, and if you miss a turn and then try to fix it too quickly, you can exacerbate your problem and get into trouble. and at the precise moment you do miss a turn, your GPS will decide to have an existential crisis and send you 20 miles up the road to turn around and get back on an entrance ramp that is right across the intersection from you. there are spots of new jersery that i've driven going on a year now that i still haven't figured out, after getting off an interstate and doing 3 different loop de loops, taking a split fork, doing another loop de loop, taking another fork, i don't even know which way is up anymore. if you miss just one out of the those 5 you're screwed, and then while you try to fix it there will be 15 people behind you lining up to kick you in the back of the face to encourage your success.
