Hitting a heavy bag toughens the hands and the wrists. Hitting the wooden dummy toughens the hands and wrist and forearms, allowing for a much stronger defense that incapacitated an opponents arm. In a nutshell, if that guy blocks your punches by hitting your forearms with his forearms, it will hurt you real bad. Those blocks HURT untrained arms.

I wondered if the OP figured anything out for this. Might a stike bag on the floor be practical?

Perhaps some of the major Petrol stations could use your skills to shoo away drivers wanting to stay parked in the fuel bays.

a friend of mine suggested this. It has d rings built in so some ratchet straps or bungee's could do the trick.

Another thing just occurred to me. You could use a lighter bag. Say 80 lbs or so. With a load lock and a universal heavy bag hanger. When you're done just take it down and store it how you like.
