Im not far from the twin cities. Just over the state line. Whats the qualifiecations?

 

Weve finally cracked it. There *is* a driver shortage...in Minnesota.

 

Yes, come to New England. 70k with 6 months experience.

 

Came out of retirement for a small union project cause they run off 2 drivers that couldn't drive a stick. $35/hr+bennies. It's a sad day. That and protesters.

 

CRST and Werner turned me down because of a 20 year old conviction from when I was in college.

Ozark couldn't have cared less.

One company out of Louisiana offered me a job, saying I had the bare minimum experience required. Thinking "wow I'll get paid good then" they said we can do 38cpm to start, no wait you have a tanker endorsement, so 39cpm. I laughed and said I'm making 44cpm with Ozark, thanks but no thanks.

1 year of experience and starting at 38cpm, Ozark will train you and spit you out on your own at 43cpm.

I have hazmat and tanker endorsements, but they have no driver jobs available at all in FL.
