what's the best "pick your own freight" companies?

There's 12 trucks in their "orientation lot", in Charlotte. And a ton of trucks on the left side, taking up parking spots. Looks like they are hiring like normal to me.

 

Schneider is in the middle of throwing all their dedicated ICs onto Choice this month, so outsiders might be getting delayed over that, too. We will all be transitioned by March 31st.

 

Yes I live in Arizona.I'm scheduled for april 4th though,but its definitely been a delay.

 

Don't think they are getting all those trucks just to sit there and collect dust.

 

DFS is full of ic trucks waiting on drivers.

 

I dont know but they are delaying me .Maybe its just Phoenix.
