Well put me in the "fool" category.
On a side not you can still hire a legal service to represent you when you get a ticket. It may cost more than the $100.00 flat fee Kleppers organization charges you after you have been paying 3.00 for the membership each week, but consider just how much money you pay out over the course of 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, and may not use it at all.
Any fines assessed by the court are still your responsibility as you are STILL the defendant regardless of how well OR how poorly your legal representation actually was.
Perhaps I am too smart for my own good or just too arrogant to be bullied by a cop. Either way I use my intellect to protect myself AND my CDL.

Nope, had a ticket in PA. for being in the 3rd lane on 1-81 north in Harrisburg. No sign to tell you not to. Just scam to get the city money. Told this to OOIDA and they said they don't deal with small time stuff like this.

Since I moved from Upstate NY to North Carolina I have seen first hand it's all who you know down here (the south) and many people are related.
If you are not from here they will pay more attention to you.
Once you cross the Mason-Dixon line you have entered the twilight zone.
