So I primarily run Ny, Nj, Pa at night and ive seen dot at night exactly once. The scale at Warren Glen on i78 was open at night during the inspection blitz.
I was curious if this is normal or have i just been lucky?
Solar powered dot?

Generally they only work during the day. Out of those 3 states you can sometimes find ny working at night. I'd say ny works 10% night 90% day. And the other 2 maybe 2% night 98% day. When a blitz is on all bets are off.

California is the only state that I have seen that regularly worked at night.
When I used to ignore HOS, I didn't care if my log was out of hours at night due to the fact the popo was nonexistent after sundown going across I80 in PA.CorsairFanboy, Lepton1, fargonaz and 1 other person Thank this.
