    I remember when they pulled this same crap back in 1992. They were actually paying their state employees with these IOUs when the banks started refusing them.

    NO KIDDING????? California have fiscal mismanagement? Well DUH. I just can't believe that Chiang is actually admitting that!

    They are tied for first, with China in Poitical and social supression of people who speak out against the Government.

    And second only to Terrorist, who blindly destroy anyone who stands against them.
