Arrow is in BIG trouble. I am so glad I no longer work for them! Thanks for firing me Arrow and expect a retaliatory termination lawsuit in your near future since you fired a former intern district attorney that was driving for you as a change of scenery. In addition to my last post about Arrows going down the crapper, here is my newest information:

Arrow is not paying there bills. They have not paid a single penny on my workers compensation bills incurred nearly a year ago. My dentist has refused to continue any treatment since he has not been paid anything. I have filed a grievance with the Oklahoma Workers Compensation. They had no recored of a workers comp injury ever having occurred. Arrow neglected to report this to them.

Arrow never reported the workers compensation income paid to me. The State of Oklahoma is now investigating this since they must pay taxes on that income. I am sure the IRS will be on them soon as well.

Note to Arrow: Good luck defending my upcoming lawsuit against you since you are defrauding the IRS, State of Oklahoma, and for the doctors, medical staff, and dentists that have taken care of my medical needs. Oh, and expect a request for Punitive damages since I cannot acquire needed dental work since you failed to pay my dentist and he now refuses me service.

You messed up this time Arrow.

I have no ties to Arrow.

Arrow has an insurance company that the claims have to be paid through. This insurance company is like most and will do the best they can to avoid paying the claim. This is the problem. However, if you have been receiving payments under workmens compensation, then a claim has been filed.

As far as the supposed non reporting of the income, there is no requirement to report workmens compensation with IRS. This is not taxable income.

Yes, I was told about not needing to report the income to the IRS by my lawyer. However, Arrow is self insured and they must maintain a bond and make payments on time or the state can strip them of that status. The lawyer has other cases pending against Arrow and so not paying their bills seems to be normal for them. There near finished in this industry and I am glad I will be able to do my part in taking them down.

When they are self insured they have other issues to deal with. We had the same problem with a local area police dept not paying workmens comp and some other claims.

The state will have their bond and can do things to the business. But remember, Arrow provides alot of revenue to their coffers as well. It would not surprise me to see this drawn out.

Folks, when I went to orientation in Tulsa back in March of 08, I couldnt even get a cab out of the fleabag motel over to Walmart to pick up some stuff. The receptionist at the hotel said that they hadn't paid several cab companies in town, so the cabs refused to come to the hotel, knowing it was packed with Arrow drivers. Thats not all either. She gave me a sample of other companies who they did not pay.

Why do you think they quit letting you fuel at T/A? They didnt pay the bill and T/A cut them off.
