At that time I was selling my property and had accounts at my local state bank and a credit union both said no it's no longer used as income as well as a private lender.

Im not following what doffernece would per diem make in loans? If im gross 1450 im grossing 1450 if im netting 1100 im netting 1100. How would per diem affect that with a loan? Do you mean its not used like instead of my net 1130 or whatever the bank sees it as the normal person net of 1050??
-
If you mean stupid then yes.Call_Me_The_Breeze Thanks this.

So you rather take home 1050 instead of 1150? A week? Put your helmet on driver.
