Another excellent pre-trip i would say.

 

Yup, and he may not get any charges on him. But you better believe a lawyer will milk that pre-trip too the max.

 

Now now, you don't know if he did a sleeper split or any thing else.

 

This is true, But you know that won't matter in court. A jury will assign fault based on the elaborate picture a lawyer paints, of a driver improperly doing his job.

 

Hell: Defined as BEING AN O/O IN TODAYS ECONOMY.....LMFAO

 

I wonder how many people I ran over. Some places I'll drive up to the fuel isle to do a quick pretrip, sometimes I don't feel safe walking around the truck parked in the back in the dark.

 

Maybe the driver was just planning on moving the truck/trailer on the property, in which case he's not going to have to pretrip or even go to the driving line.

 

Same way a guy breaks into your home and falls and hurts himself, and sues you.
