Covenant, Swift or Transport America?

Just graduated from CDL school in Atlanta Ga. area.

Was told by Werner recruiter before school that my app. looked good and call back when I graduated for an orientation date.

Come to find out that now Werner turned me down. Recruiter gave no reason. MVR etc. has not changed.

Turned down for now by Crete, KLLM, CRST. CR England, Schneider, Rohel, Marten, Interstate etc. FFE, Central and Ozark not hiring students.

Anyway, been approved by Covenant, Swift and Transp. America. Waiting to hear from LCT, and P.A.M./AFS.

Know I got to start somewhere & I hear pick your first company wisely.
I live close to Chattanooga so Covenant terminal would be close so would Swift's Decatur Ga. terminal.

Anyone started with Swift, Covenant or Transport America willing to share any advice?

Any help appreciated.

Heard good and bad about all three carriers.
Any thoughts on which would be best for a student grad?

 

OK. Heard T/A's driving "evaluation" skills test is a bit stringent.
Should be no prob as I did good in school and passed all CDL tests for A class.

A bit concearned that been out of a tractor trailer since graduation back in November. Also read that T/A will send you packing in a hurry from orientation if you don't do well on their tests...

Don't like Covenant huh??
