How much are you losing? How does the oil look? Does it smell like coolant with the heater on in the cab and sleeper? It can be liner seals if your oil looks contaminated, water-pump when it's working under load, or heater cores leaking coolant externally. If you're losing gallons of coolant and the truck is sitting for a few days take the drain plug off and the water will be in the bottom and the oil will be on the top. Usually this oil and coolant mixture looks grey.

You mean the water pump is not working properly, I noticed the temp don't go up quickly it stays around 150 and eventually goes up to about 180 under a load it loses coolant running pty it's good ,no smell when heater on no traces on oil.thanks for reply
