they are not the only ones other newbie companies send their trainees in there , never seen a coil

I have never had a problem with someone telling on me. Then again why would I? I can follow directions. I have no problem following company policy. I secure to their standards and then some. How many times do you see flatbeds that have lost their load? Mav wants you to deliver the load the same way it was loaded.

 

you know i always secured and tarped my load according to their standards but you will not and can not tell me they didn't have alot of snitches. Too many people with nothing to do but snitch and kiss ### because for some reason it makes them feel wanted

 

Well, if you secure and tarp to their standards what can you be snitched on? I have never had any problems with being told on because I follow their guidelines.

 

no as many times as you talk about being in lr kissing ### why should u be worried about being snitched on of course unless you are one

 

let us understand one thing here John i never got snitched for securement or tarp and i #### well did my job when i worked there.

 

Ist off I avoid NLR like the plague. If you do your job right why would you get snitched on???? Somebody complained because your tarp job looked too good?

I am not the brightest crayon in the box, but by my decifering if you do your job well it is kind of hard to get snitched on isn't it??? By doing my job to meet my standards which is above their standards I don't have anything to worry about by being told on. If someone is snitching on me it is obvious that I am doing something that is not right????
