    wow!! guess i need to goto dispatcher school. a law w/ that penalty in it here in NC would see about 40% of all the local drivers i know to lose their liscense!!!

    permanent liscense suspension after a 2nd offense for HOS.... thats messed up

    They aren't talking about HOS violations, but violating an Out of Service period, like when the DOT shuts you down for whatever reason.

    But still, I gotta ask... why does Virginia seem to have a bug up their collective wazoos about truck drivers?
