switch over to tanker and sleep at disposals while making $50+ hr

Are there any LTL companies up there that have their own school. Guys at our place here start on the dock then go to one of our companies schools for 2 months to train. They get paid hourly the entire time training but sign a 3 year contract. It's $3600 for the school so if they leave early they pay the difference. We're home every day here in the USA with this deal after training. Just curious if this was an option there.

 

load produced water from a gas well, take it to a disposal, darn theyre full, gotta wait til they get room for your load, write your ph num on the back of the ppwrk, go to sleep til they call you, youre biling the gas well for this, so you get paid while you sleep

I could be sleeping my wallet larger more efficiently.

Not in ltl. My boss finally got approval for my plan to start the program. We will see how it goes.

made $19800

one of the days, left the yard, loaded up some special fluid for a well site, drove the 3hrs to the site, waited 8hrs for them to be ready for me...they didnt have any tanks onsite for me to offload into, lol....

unloaded, drove back to yard

paid 19hrs lol
