Cdl training with fiance

EVERY CDL school will find someone to loan you money to pay for CDL school. You can check with your bank or credit union and there is money available through the state unemployment office called WOIA or WIA. That money is a grant, not a loan. Every trucking company that has their own CDL training doesn't charge for the training unless you skip out of your contract to work for them the period mentioned in the contract. That period is usually 12 months. Don't assume you can get the free training and then leave quickly because you found another company making bigger promises.

 

Yeah, I am working with the state for my cdl. It's a few hoops to jump through, but they'll be paying in full for my school. In Arizona it's called "one stop". Go talk to all the local cdl schools. I was surprised to see the huge range in the schools... One was accredited and classy, and the other two were levels of "less so". Accredited means they can make loans, but they will still know where to find the grants to help you pay for school, and how to earn them. Even your local community college has cdl classes, and they can help with grants and loans too. It's been recommended not to go to a trucking company and sign a contract because you can get stuck working for a company that you may not want to work for, and then you have to stay to pay them, or pay them some balloon payment.

I was the only unmarried male trainer. And the other trainers wives wouldn’t let them train females . So I was the Go To Guy. Suckers ha ha. I had four female trainees . I graduated and slept with all of them. Two were married , the second one I didn’t feel bad too much because she was on the truck trying to take money while her husband was at home selling off the furniture to feed his coke habit. I’d drop her off to visit with him in El Paso on our way to Cali , holing up at the Petro for ten hours . The last time I dropped her off she shows back up again a few hours early , around midnight. Jumps in the truck and takes advantage of me. Good times .

 

Dang..nice! You must’ve enjoyed your time as a trainer. Putting in all that work. Musta been difficult juggling all them trainees...

 

You do realize it takes two people, you didn't make the choice you both did. I trained drivers for several years and at least 10 of those women, I never hooked up with any of them. IF you had not tried or said no it wouldn't have happened. That was kind of a silly statement to assume or imply because a trainer is an opposite sex it's automatic they will hook up. I'm sure she was a real dandy too

Ya, that's something I'm super upset about

 

We called them Fine Female Express. They were all hot. Really . I was 21 and in close quarters with attractive women that’s nature . I don’t regret anything lol
