Well it been determine the CAT scale in Fort Worth TX was incorrect. I did goof by not rescaling after I slide my axles, but I am in the clear as for weight. I was able to move enough product to the doors so my weight is now legal.

Still stuck with the ticket or can it be dropped?
-
I'll still be stuck with it since I did not rescale. Glad I not an Company Driver now, would not be easy to pay, but still hurts. Means my 1900.00 pay for this load would be smaller. Without this ticket, i would came out after fuel little over a 1000.00 in my pocket.

CAT Scale Offers an Unconditional Guarantee If you get an overweight fine from the state after our scale showed you legal, we will immediately check our scale. If our scale is wrong, we will reimburse you for the fine. If our scale is correct, a representative of CAT Scale Company will appear in court with the driver as a witness.
It's that simple, and just another reason why we are your #1 choice.
We guarantee it all! That's right! We guarantee axle weights to be accurate as well as the gross weight.
