I got a 3 axle alignment and rotated my steers. Problem went away at 45ish, but was shaking unbelievably at 50 to 55ish.

Threw the Yoko's in the garbage, the one was getting absolutely whacked, got new Goodyear's, and Centramatics. Problem solved.

UPDATE ON THE SHAKING! So i think i have found the problem. I removed the centramatics(will not use them anymore), balanced the steers, installed tru-balance sleeves on the steers, front of truck calmed down and it was clear the problem was coming from the back. So i bough 8 Skirt nuts online and installed two on each set on the drives. It felt like a different truck! So smooth! About 2000 miles it it still rides great! Centering the wheels on the hub is very very important for smooth ride! Hope this helps you fix your problem with vibrations, it can get really annoying. Good luck and thanks everyone for the help and suggestions!

    1. Could be an out of round tire if you jack each wheel up and set something on the ground turn the tire and watch to see if it's out of round.
    2. Could be the tires were not balanced correctly.
    3. Might check the yolk that the drive shaft hooks to on the back of the transmission, sometimes that nut in the back of the transmission gets loose, and causes a terrible vibration in the cab.
    4. If it's a real violent fast shake it will be something in the driveshaft if it's not quite as violent of a shake it's probably in the tires.
    5. Double Check your U-joints..
    6. Drive shaft could have lost its balancing weight.

That's what happens when people type on cell phones. I'm bettin' he meant REPLACED the tire. Gotta be. It's either that or he got a tire massage and I'm not familiar with that, but I hope he splurged for the happy ending.
