Good morning all, thanks for all the GREAT help on my revival project!!!! I'm up in age and not computer literate, don't know how to put pic in thread. Need more help. Can anyone tell me if original exhaust system ran over or under the frame on this truck? Vin # 2XKWDB9X9LM555647. It's over the frame now but looks jerry rigged bad from elbows back under, would like to run 7" below frame if I can get numbers for proper elbows and Y pipe, drop from turbo ect. All suggestions appreciated.

Should run over the frame. Wasn't until the mid 90s when they switched up and started going under frame
Opendeckin Thanks this. -
Thanks Clay, Bean posted a pic of his 94 w/ sleeper, was over frame. My 90 has sleeper removed and converted to D Cab. Want to go back right. Mine has more space between fuel tank and steps so I wasn't sure. TKS again!!!

my 95 is over the frame.

Thanks, now, I just need elbow and Y part numbers to cross over to Lincoln Chrome or DynaFlex or Trux to get the right fit.

If you're going custom l woukd see if you could go under the frame like a Pete. My old 88 t-600's floor used to get HOT with dual stacks on the cab. Easier to work on too imo. Good luck

Just call the Chrome Depot in Mantua Oh. Michelle has the KW part numbers in her head. They are awesome people there.
wore out, stillwurkin and Big_D409 Thank this. -
Tremendous thought. Iwouldn't have thought about the direct floor heat. Thanks a Trillion.

I will ask Michelle about going under the frame, thanks to " special- k's response. Special Thanks to you both, and keep up the good work. I never dreamed I would have such access to so much knowledge. I only hope my 40 years of Pete's can be as helpful to someone on this forum as you guy's have been for me!!Tug Toy Thanks this.

I agree on the Chrome Depot. Did my exhaust through them and Michelle spent a lot of time working with me on it. Plus they had a great price.
Tug Toy Thanks this.
