Was never an option, just ts counter rumor. The closest was oos criteria. It allowed a driver to add missing entries to prevent an oos. No changing already written entries though.

I am not arguing about exact verbatim. What I am saying is that the violation is should have been less severe, like forgetting to enter shipping document ID, Trailer number.

    Lite bug Thanks this.

Do you have to go on duty before selecting sleeper berth because you're doing work? This is pretty stupid.

He did not edit it soon enough, the inspection happened right after his Pre-Trip Inspection the following morning.

That is what I mean if someone does not go On Duty for like 5 minutes before going to SB, it is an open season for False Duty Status Log.

Well, and admittedly we're all novices at the current state of affairs, but in my mind, until I approve a log, it's still a work in progress.
Just the way my mind works. Which is usually counter to the way the gubments mind works

Well, why can't you pull in, park, go off duty for 5 minutes ,and then log SB?
There is no requirement to log a post trip

They should just get rid of sleeper. Just go off duty. Period.

Why didn’t he go in and amend that entry to Sleeper or if he can’t the home office sure can. Most of these offices can’t make heads or tales of thes logs
