I need to find some software that is inexpensive to change speed limit settings. Does anyone know where I can find the correct software pc to vehicle preferably to do what I want. Does it come with step by step instructions and a manual? Thanks.

Does anyone know where to get free downloads for the ecm to turn the speed limit settings up and down on a big rig? I've heard of such places but haven't found one yet that is free. Thanks.
