100% normal in my opinion. Keep up the good work. And making money for the crooked truck owner.

 

That Southgate yard is really small.
Its the kinda place that trailers get double and triple stacked.
I've gone there to pick relays.
This is especially true at night.
Just so ya know its a lucky day if you can find a place to park.

There is a old common word from dispatcher before the cell phone or internet days. Sometimes a snarl or snag ruined a situation temporarly and the only thing to do is...

"Camp out" where you are. That means your tractor trailer is your home, castle, playground, resting grounds etc. As long you have fuel, food, water, heat, cooling, clothing and entertainment etc all is well.

 

Yeah i haven't seen a movie or watched a movie on the "Big Screen " for over 25 years at the movie theater or "flics" as we call them, however watch them all the time on the little screen TV on free to air and now i'm spoilt having my cable tv subscription to Foxtel with about 10 movie channels to choose from so lots of old and new movies to watch now.

We had comcast in baltimore during the first gulf war watching scuds fall into israel live 24/7 being intercepted by patriots.

It was about 70 dollars a month in those days which would have been a pretty penny in today's money.
