That's a 13 year old trailer. For USX trailers the first 2 numbers reversed indicate the year made, the last 4 numbers indicate the order it came to them in.

The deck of a Ravens 48 foot flatbed covered wagon spread I had in the mid 90's was rated by the factory to accept a 52000 pound coil belly loaded onto the center marker light no longer than 24 feet.
YOU CANNOT impose that kind of bridge loading against the floor and frame below of a ordinary van trailer. To belly load all your pallets in the middle is stupid. You will break it because you exceeded the floor and frame bridge loading. -
And since Pennsylvania is a BRIDGE LAW STATE you better believe DOT is probably gonna be looking into how that trailer was loaded.
