Never Blow Your Nose When You Have a Cold

The last paragraph of the article was the most important one:

I was thinking of all the times my son's pediatrician has told me to "keep'em running" (and he is not referring to my Hubby's truck) by using saline solution, drinking lots of liquid, and cleaning the nasal passages (i.e. blowing your nose) ONE NOSTRIL AT A TIME...
On a personal note my hubby's truck is ALWAYS stocked with Zycam, both the chewables and the nose gel. When used according to directions it is
MIRACULOUS... it gets rid of your cold in half the time.

 

Yes! Zycam really does work! I dont know if it could be considered a 'cure' for the common cold, but it certainly decreases the symtoms. I didnt believe it until I tried it.
