I am so dumbfounded by this. We just started in November so I thought the old system was still in play. Attached is how we're paid (plus a .02 raise to base pay). You'll also see they also changed the way they list team pay, it previously showed the rate per person for all miles.
The additional file at the bottom explains the safety bonus and fuel mileage bonus.

is all good. with all the bonuses now, still come out about 58 cpm and their lanes are great. we would still consider it but we are also talking to another company that run estes dedicated accounts with .65 with 5k guaranteed and other bonuses with 2018 volvo. thanks for your info still. godspeed

 

Yep TLI was one of the companies we were pursued by and almost went with after they sent us their best and final offer by the operations manager. They sounded pretty good but we had more people that could verify how great DHT treated their drivers and how happy they were with the company so in the end we chose them but yeah it was hard to turn away the Cadillac ride of a Volvo.

 

now im reading about TLI and will see. if not we just gonna stick around and get to one year experience and try again. we are too anxious to set up a better path. eventually want to work for OD or UPS.

 

There you go work your way up are you currently at a mega carrier? If you live in Dayton you should try for Dayton Freight they are a great company I know a guy that runs linehaul for them and makes 100k per year. I knew another guy that left them for Fed Ex Freight and said it was a terrible mistake.
