    how dare you ask anyone to stop smoking we absolutley need 40 million new smokers to pay for Obams SCHIP program to cover illigal aliens and others under the age of 30's new health care which is to be paid for by a new tax on tobacco.

    Anything to make people WANT to quit!!!
    I "tried" many times... tried hipnosis, patches gums, groups....
    I finally said enough!!! in 2001 and quit cold turkey. I distracted myself with tons of popcorn, and warned everone to stay out of my way for a few days. The first three days I had a very rough time, but then it got easier and easier, and ever since....8 YEARS TOBACCO FREE....
