I thought about checking in with Celadon but I don't like the idea of being out 2 - 3 weeks at a time. I live in Indy so I know there's a chance that I'd be through here quite often. One thing that I noticed on the website is "100% lumper reimbursement". What the heck?? Are you supposed to pay for the lumper out of your own pocket and then wait until you get your money on your next paycheck? Also, home time is one day off for every seven days out. That's ridiculous!! I mean, you're out busting your butt for the company and all they're going to let you have off is one day for every seven out.

LogRus ain't blowin no smoke, I do, did, will soon be back at Celadon. If it wernt for me screwing up my logs and thinking I knew more than than they (she) did I would be back to work now. I ran legal 95% of the time, Ill admit I screwed up a few times too. Some of the things they wanted logged I was being a bad boy and not doing it correctly or at all. SOOOOooo now I sit broken hearted on a 6 month vacation for level3 violations. My daddy always said I had to learn the hard way. On hind sight I saw where I was wrg and determinded to do things my way. I'm a realtive noob by most stadards but I got what I deserved and now I suffer. But Celadon as a whole was really great to be there.I got frustrated from time to time, things didn't go as planned. I got depressed about running Canada all the time, it was a strange new world, ect ect ect... I guess bottom line was I had a great time while I was there, with only minor complaints, nothing runs smoothly. My last DM was great and very likeable, no big problems with garage, great directions most of the time and I wasn't unimpressed with milage. It was enough to run the way I wanted to run and make money. On a scale of 1-100 Id say a good 90, I hope to go back.....PLEASE! LOL
