Swap out air to electric wiper motor

Are those a direct replacement, or what modifications are needed? I did some searching and wasn't sure what I'm looking for. Do you have a link or a pic to the freightliner/white/volvo motor?

If using the w900 wiper motor mount, it needs about a 3" shaft to fit through the wiper arm slot in the truck body.
