Gang, I need a little guidance especially from Roehl "reefer" drivers. Received a pre-hire from Roehl and choose reefer because of the economy and thinking good choice.
If there are any Roehl reefer drivers that can help me out here I would mega appreciate any information you can provide (either good or bad). Not thinking they are are a big part of the total picture of Roehl but hoping they are getting some miles and are happy "campers". Really like what I see about the Company but can not find much about refrigritated (reefer) and would like to know much more please.
Any imput would be appreciated

I started in their reefer division right after they bought out Blume. The trailers were mostly old and poorly maintained, but they have bought several new ones since then.
We ran mostly frozen pizza and cheese, with brokers on the back hauls. You should run mostly from WI, out to deliver, and then back to WI to reload.
Miles started getting bad, and the home time promises dissapeared, so that is why I left. Don't see nearly as many Roehl reefer drivers as I used to, and I drive to the same places they did. -
Any truck that has Roehl on the side of it is a truck to stay away from. See post in the forum "Bad trucking companies"

Homeboy, you seem angry, do tell me more specifics.

Do a search of my posts or look into the "Bad trucking company " forum. My 14 months at Roehl is discussed there to warn any newbies of this "mill".
