We do a lot of write up and drops. However, I've done a few where I've had to wait. The past 2 times in Richmond VA, it took about an hour each time, maybe just a little more. In Corapollis PA, or however that's spelled, it took about 6 hours due to waiting in line. Avoid that tank wash if you can. It's near where Schneider runs their tank training and it's a major hub for them.

Picking up a few hours of dispatch delay as I sit at a Loves. Got my laundry done, so that's another plus.
No follow on load has been sent, but I did get a tank wash to Markham. Today is just one of those easy days. (Knocking on wood) Hopefully it stays that way.scythe08 Thanks this. -
That tankwash sucks bad. I did a 10 hour break there waiting, then went over and sat at nalco for 8 hours past my appointment time for my load
Mortarmaggot Thanks this. -
I am doing Jefferson City again.
Sitting about an hour out with 8 am delivery in the morningscythe08 and Mortarmaggot Thank this. -
Been sitting in Camp Markham for the last 13 hours. Still haven't gotten a load assigned. Yeah, that's sort of the norm for here. Might grab a hotel tonight if I don't have a load assigned by 1700.
One of the new Macks is here. Yeah, I like it. Will post a photo. I'd be happy to drive one of those.

I'm getting a reset in. Load out to Hamilton OH in the morning. It's a short run and I've done it before. Will spend tomorrow night at the Cincinnati terminal.
Haven't eaten at Roosters in a spell, so dropping the trailer and getting wings just might be the call. I decided against a hotel tonight.
It's good to show up with a full clock and a week before I have a home time. Cincinnati can have some decent loads for me. -
I would definitely hold out for one of those new Mack’s. I have a 2018 mack, so it will b a few years b4 I get another truck. Y’all can keep that new pro star
Roady87 and Mortarmaggot Thank this. -
No load out until Sunday morning. Got a hotel room for two nights. It's nice to get out of the truck once in a while and still get paid.
Running a dedicated to Smyrna TN and then catching a load headed towards home. Will enjoy a long holiday weekend with the family before getting back after it.
Rumor has it we're getting a kick butt pay raise in October. We'll see. Rumors usually aren't worth much more than the hot air used to tell them. A guy can dream though, and there's nothing wrong with that.Last edited: Aug 26, 2018

Arrived on time at 0400, but they messed up their own scheduling and nobody showed up for us early delivery trucks. Sat until 0700 and it's expected I won't get out of here until 1000.
Since my next load isn't due for pickup until 1000 Tomorrow, I'll finish up a 10 in place and then run up to Cincinnati. Should be in there by 2100 tonight.
Next load is a drop and hook in Raeford. Nice way that end this trip. -
Getting loaded at Cremer. It's good to be on my last run on this trip. I probably won't do many more 20 plus day out trips. The family and I just don't like em that much. Two weeks is enough.
PostmanMJC, Roady87 and scythe08 Thank this.
