Looking for a driver ready to start mid September.
I just bought a new Glider truck and it should take 2-3 weeks to get the title and registration.
Truck is 2019 Columbia 10 speed, 70" sleeper with Pre-2000 motor so it's ELD exempt.
My other truck is 2013 Cascadia 10 speed with 642kmi.
2 Reefer trailers: 2019 Utility 3000R 53' with TK C600 - 1 month old, and 2010 Utility with TK SB210 Whisper. Both units are very quiet and well maintained.
Looking for a very dependable and hard working driver with clean MVR who would like to be paid % of gross rather than per mile. 2 years OTR experience is preferred. Start at 25% plus I can pay bonuses based on mpg, on time deliveries, and days worked. 25% will translate to about 70-80 cpm. Can also pay per mile.
Driver will get a rate sheet for every load so there's no question about fair pay.
Schedule is somewhat flexible. Could be 11 days out, 3 days home
Can pay on W-2 or 1099.
Please give me a call or text. Will be happy to answer any questions.

Is the upper peninsula part of your hire area?

That's a bit too far. Too much deadhead for you to get home, plus I'd like to keep an eye on the equipment.

Just to add a few details... $1,500-$2,000/week range will depend on the days worked. Average pay should be close to $350 for each day worked and this is based on the loads I've been doing the past few months. Also if you can stay out 4-5 weeks I'm not opposed to flying you home once a month at least first several months.
I don't chase miles and CPM is secondary after gross. That's why I think % pay makes more sense. I also offer fuel card that works at any TA/Petro, most Speedway's and many others, EZ Pass and Pre-pass, and most importantly paper logs :)

What if I am 110 miles from Green Bay,WI? Lot of reefer freight in that area?
Or do you do a lot of Boars head product loads?

That's true, a lot of good loads out of Green Bay. I just prefer to park the truck closer to home, at least for now. It's over $200K worth of new equipment plus I'll probably be adding a few options to the truck.
