Your GPS doesn't know it all. Thats why you have eyes, and a windshield to look at the signs. Couldn't resist either.
GPS still says Oregon is all 55mph

They're all 65 mph in Oregon? Funny, I run I-5 in Oregon almost every working day and have yet to see a 65 mph posted sign for trucks.

My Garmin dezl is the same way, wrong on the highway speed limits where I drive (Michigan). Signs posted everywhere 65 mph but Garmin says 60. Actually been really disappointed with my Garmin, pretty big waste of $300, lot of other things are incorrect with the unit too, says no trucks on roads that are designated truck routes. It warns of sharp curves ahead when the road is straight for miles, basically the Garmin has become a decorative dash ornament, it's almost useless.
The best option for GPS is Smart Truck Route app for your phone or tabletIluvCATS Thanks this. -
I didn't even know Michigan went up
Don't remember last time I was there.IluvCATS Thanks this. -
You can manually change the posted speed limit in your DEZL if it bothers you that much.

Just drive however fast you want if you are going over they have troopers to let you know!

I-84 Is 65 mph.
I-5 Is only 60.
They didn't increase 5 all the way because it's so condensed with traffic and all of the urban areas.IluvCATS Thanks this. -
In actuality it's not even 60 mph all the way from one end to another in Oregon. Watch out, they're sneaky

The Rand TND720 I have had maps so old they don't include the intersection of I22 and I65. If you know Birmingham at all, you know how enormous a difference that makes for routing.
Also, US287 between Amarillo, TX, and I70 a bit east of Limon, CO, is not correctly indicated as a truck route, despite US287 being a truck route continuously between the two cities.
At this point, after around two years with no map updates from Rand, I'm close to just assuming that Rand is going to abandon support for all their GPS devices after a couple years, to try and make drivers buy a new 500 dollar gizmo every 2 years, rather than a new 50 dollar map book every year.
The only thing that will change my belief in that is a new map update that addresses at least some of the dozens of detailed reports of map issues I have sent in the last 2+ years.IluvCATS and Oldironfan Thank this.
