Yes it’s in Orlando. I don’t know about the commute man. The traffic here is horrible. Going on I-4 sucks. It’s not so bad because I only do it a couple times a month but man. I love out there where you at and let me tell you sometimes I would be like this drive ain’t worth it lol.

 

Number one, yes you are. Number 2 If I took the time to contact them and have them come in here I could have over a thousand Comcar drivers make comments in here disputing that comment. Your comment is typical of many others in here. I know this company. I know the owner. I also send people to them. Now I am going to very nicely ask you as well stop the badmouthing. Its ok to work for other carriers. However you don't have to sanctify that choice by belittling other carriers.

 

I can tell you are in your feelings. You have a good day sir. I will change my lifestyle and not say what I want about a company ever again just to please you the only guy on this earth that matters. Lmao. Until you start paying my bills and feeding my kids and putting a roof over my head I will say whatever I want. Until then I will ask you nicely to not tell me what to say how to say and when to say it. You are not my boss you are not my mother and not my father. People talk bad about my company all the time but I don’t let it affect me like it’s affecting me. If it doesn’t affect my paycheck who cares what people say. Is me or anyone else saying what they gotta say stopping you from getting a paycheck if not then why are your crying about it. Your a joke and waist of time. Sorry I even wasted my time breath and energy of even mentioning Comcar. People be in their feelings and you got the right one. I gives 2 cents about yours or anyone else. It appears to me that it is not me that is in "feelings" because it was not me that started the insults or the name calling.

FOR the record. I was getting a treatment and was on my smartphone with that last comment. Now I am in a better position to write. I used to drive for a Comcar company. WSE, they got merged into MCT and no longer exist. They have an Atlanta yard that is no more then a mud hole, I have also almost yanked my shoulder out of joint more then once trying to get their "junk" trailers set. I could also sit here and go on. However in the end what is the point? Because I could also sit here and do the same with EVERY other carrier that does reefer service. I just bet if I took the time to look into it I could find bad things about the Carrier you work for @Kstrong86 ! Just bet I could. I was not trying to imply that Comcar is a saint company because they are not. I just get sick and tired of drivers coming in here and addressing posts like this. Sometimes I wonder how @Chinatown can keep his patience with it.

If you want to do a service in these forums stop with the general comments , this carrier sucks, all their drivers hate it. Make comments like I have spoken to drivers and their SPECIFIC problem is this. I can guarantee you that the rookies looking for a job will much appreciate that insight. I can guarantee you that the forum management will as well. Now I have not taken your name calling or insults personally, none of us like correction. However you need to remember I am 60 years old. I have way over a Million+ logged miles. I know what I speak of. So I am asking you again as nice as I can please be observant of your comments when you go negative.

 

I bet I can find tons of negative stuff about my company. I can list a few if you need me too. I never said this carrier sucked or that carrier sucked. I simply shared my thoughts of them based of my experience. So is that wrong of me to do. Share my thoughts and opinions and of something or someone? You came into a conversation that you was not invited into. There is no need to bring your age and how many miles you have driven. That my friend is irrelevant to the topic. If you don’t like what you see keep scrolling. Just like the tv you change the channel. Your old enough you should know that sir. Come on now. So let me guess you go on every single thread and anyone who bashes on any company you get on them about it or do you just do it for Comcar? Come on now. I’m sure there are thousands of companies on here getting negative comments and I’m pretty sure you don’t answer to each and every one. That’s what a forum is for. It’s an open discussion about carriers, trucking jobs, opinions. People come here to read the good and the bad. And like I did I read reviews took everything into consideration and made the best decision for me and my family. If you don’t like what you see then you don’t need to be on public forums or social media or anything like that. And for someone to not be taking this personally you sure are responding rather aggressively and trying to justify your point. Just as I am trying to justify mines. You have your opinion and I have mines. So with that being said you will never understand that and given your age I thought you would and perhaps just don’t even bother with it anymore but I’ll end on that note. Back to the topic at hand. If you want more info on Fastenal good or bad I’ll be more than happy to share any info and give my opinions on this company. I’m a current employee and can give you the good and bad. I want to apologize for any of my comments. Your decision should be based on your research.

 

I can't disagree with this comment. Just going to bracket my comment again. When you express an opinion try to not use general expressions such as nobody likes or that whole company stinks. Far too many posters in here do that. You make better sense and actually do more good when you express a negative to be very specific. You did do this with your communication comment. I think you for this because I have contacted Comcar about that. In fact I gave them a link to this thread. Can't fix what you don't know about. I hope you now see why I made my first comment? No matter which direction you take in this industry always remember one thing. The largest amount of the time when you think that grass is greener in another place most ofton times you get there to find out it is astroturf. As @TripleSix says, luck in battle!
