The bs company Z transportation New Jersey

Saw one of their trucks try to use the EZPass lane on the Indiana Toll Road near Portage the day before yesterday. He didn’t get past the gate and caused one heck of a backup when he decided to backup and switch to another lane (which you’re NOT supposed to do).

 

That’s karma for ya!!

 

Lol they are running ads on Facebook. Higher pay for crappier truck. Lower pay, for newer truck. What kind of market scheme is that? Just give me good pay and good truck LOL.

 

There is a Russian like that running a two truck operation called Ganzman in Farmington, Connecticut. All he does is monitor your truck movements via GPS all day long. If you stop to pee, your phone rings and he is screaming "Why you stop? You got to get going". A Puerto Rican girl who drove for him got so enraged at the constant calling that she dumped an entire tub of baby wipes in the fuel tank.

 

Dont answer the phone. Thats your phone. Nothing anywhere says you must answer it. I was recently mad at my boss/dispatcher and didnt answer for 3 days. Changed his attitude quick.

Dont let these companies push you around.

Theres all sorts of things a driver can do for revenge. Stuff in the fuel tank as mentioned. Drop a loaded trailer on the ground....oppps..someone pulled the pin while I was inside.

In fact if a driver gets pissed off enough he can make a company disappear. Its not hard to figure out how.

 

Why sabotage the truck? If you don't like a company and they won't change their ways just leave.
Sabotage is for drivers without enough courage to stand up to their boss and try to make things right.

 

That was his first big mistake-pissing off a Puerto Rican woman!!!lmao

 

Heres a true story..

I used to work with a driver about 4 yrs ago. He was linehaul, transported trailers fron point A to B then we route drivers would drive them and deliver the product.

He was a younger guy, quiet unassuming. Good driver and spotless record. We used to #### chat when exchanging trailers or whatever. One day he says the company is playing games with his pay. Shorting his check. Also someone in the office was badmouthing him about this and that.

Anyway he didnt say a word.

Next week comes Monday. Hes late and we call dispatch and find out he had a flat tire. Arrives 3 hours late. Next day same thing, flat trailer tire late again 3 hours. Wed was ok. Friday another flat.
(Friday was the main day as the stores stocked up until Monday so ontime delivery was very important.) He had 9 flats in about 2 and a half weeks. Everything delayed 3-4 hours each time.

After that he drove 2 more weeks with no problems no delays. Then he quit.

Two months later the contract comes up and the Chain wont renew it. They say we as a Carrier are unreliable. Too many late deliveries.

End result: the Driver not only cost the company money by way of repairs (road side assistance) and extra pay (he was paid hourly) but in the end the company lost the contract which I think cost them tens of thousands of dollars.
