Off topic but The Palomar SL41 comes with quite a long cord. In my application it is welcomed

Grab a twist tie. Bob the unnecessary length, tie it off into a bun. Done.Diesel Dave Thanks this.

Back in the good ole days.... drivers would take the mic back in the sleeper and mouth off and hide behind the curtain.Night Stalker10 and Diesel Dave Thank this.

So your one of those......
tucker Thanks this. -
Just coil it partway and secure it temporarily with duct tape.
Get Gear Hanger (brand) device to keep it out of the way. (Figure where to place cord coil and size it).
Once it’s “right” use about four zip ties to keep coil secure and out of the way. -
I wondered what happened to Roadking. Everyone swore by them they had a weight inside otherwise same as a static So I’ve been told.

RK56 is now made in China. No longer made by Telex.

But the really bad ones are from a few years ago. Latest RK56 better.
