You mean the 1/4 lb of breading and .5 ounces of actual shrimp meat?

I don't know. I've never had them but my experience [with popcorn shrimp especially] tells me there won't be a whole lot of substance to them and I'm not a fan of a bunch of greasy breading.

Some of the popcorn shrimp I've had were made with grown "sea monkeys"

My wife is a Shrimpophile and gives Popeyes a thumbs up but wishes they had a non-breaded option.

Hardees for breakfast.... if it's a good one. They're inconsistent though. Some are better than grandma's, others can't hardly compete with McDonald's.

Popeyes if I just got paid and am feeling generous towards the local economy. They're kinda like the T/A's you find them in: they'll price themselves out of customers at some point.

Which brings me to my favorite cheap meal thrill: KFC's 5 dollar fill up. Sometimes 6 dollar fill up in the fancier parts of the country.

I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way for anything, though.
Okay, so maybe a Steak & Sheak.
Not sure it's even possible to go out of one's way to find a Subway since you dang near sideswipe one every time you change lanes on the interstate.

And yes, sometimes I just want a Whopper.

For chain pizza I'll stop at most godfathers pizza, any del taco, and Popeyes when I feel like splurging.

When I do happen by a dunkin I'll just grab a couple coffee rolls and some old fashioned donuts and be on my way.

The Loves on i-15 in Apex, NV (North Las Vegas) has a godfathers pizza. I can't help but stop for a poor boy pizza and some wings. Dirty indulgence. :)
