OP try backing a stretched out Pete 379 with a spread axle hopper bottom into a farmers driveway off of a narrow dirt road and let me know how that works out for you.

Like any job there will be parts that are a serious pita, but they usually are just part of the job, get used to it or find another job. I've got a 265 inch truck with a 50 foot hopperbottom and go to a lot of elevators built when hoppers were 40 foot and pulled by a short cabover.

How about getting 53 foot 4 axle trailers into feed mills that were built in 1910. Dairies from 1940? Just part of the job.
