Local Driving Options out of Central Florida

That’s what’s up. I will keep that in mind next year when I’m ready to purchase a home.

 

Palm coast is a nice place still. But me personally I think it’s just over populated with tourist. People that I know usually go there to either vacation or retire. That’s Florida for you. Over populated with tourists. There is a lot of money being generated from tourists here in Florida but the income wages are horrible which I never did understand that. If the population is increasing that means supply is in demand which requires more work yet they don’t pay anything down here. Not just in trucking. Me personally I think trucking will be horrible here in Florida if they don’t change the wages. People here are starting to realize they can make more money at Publix Walmart fast food chains than driving a truck breaking your back and being gone from family weeks at a time just for 500-800 a week. I wouldn’t be surprised to see the autonomous trucks to start rolling in Florida first. I know fedex and J.B. hunt and others have already started placing orders for that Tesla truck. It’s only a matter time I think.

Yea same here. All my family and wife family is here as well. I hate it here in Florida. But I will move out of here one day.
