    Another state shouldn’t make any difference. It’s just that if there is another terminal closer with a higher pay scale and the one you’re trying to get into is lower, you’ll be subject to the lower rate.

    Roger that. Applied at Estes, in talks with the TM and corporate. Looking at a few others too but I need to transfer my CDL and retake my hazmat when I get up there in 3 weeks.
