99 Western Star has a HAS 400 airbag suspensions - starts kicking and bucking at 80-100km/h.
    Does anyone have any suggestions?

In the past year have replaced

    Front tailshaft
    Wheels balanced and round
    New airbags
    New valves
    New bushes

Jackshaft slightly worn - could this be causing the issue?

Do any of the tires develop weird patterns on the tread? Front included? Does it do it bobtail/ trailer/ different trailers?

Dumb question and I know I'm reviving a thread from months ago, but are your first and second drive bags plumbed together?

I've got the same suspension, and some idiot took the side leveler off and bridged all 4 bags to the load leveller. When I bought the truck it was 10 hours from home. Axle hop the whole way...talked to the PO and he said one of his guys broke the leveller on an FSR trying to adjust it, so they bridged the bags to get out and forgot to change it before the truck sold.

Yeah that got fixed right away, and no hop since.

Should also mention, this is a 4964FX with a 16.5 dump body on.
