I have someone in the office that will retire. We have two trucks . What's it worth to pay someone to audit the logs and do the quarterly fuel tax. What are you all paying on this small a co. If I have to I could do it but I hate sitting behind a desk . It should not take that long to do it how many hours a week?

There is a few websites that sell software to help with IFTA. A lot of the companies that do permits will also do IFTA.

It really is easy if you can +, -, x, divide and =…
Have your office person show you how.
    Good luck.

If you can't read it. The people you hire to compile the records most likely won't be able to either.

I've had that issue once or twice.

With some companies that are smaller its not affordable to have a full time accountant or book keeper so if you can find a book keeper that works part time this would work for you.

I'd like to know how you can afford to have office personnel with only two trucks?
