Cracked Fuel Tank...how?

    Make sure you don't have an equalization line on the bottom and more importantly you don't have a single return line to that tank. Many trucks don't split the return line so if you cap it, you will have engine issues.

    Aluminum gets weak from constant flexing, there is a lot of weight on top of OP's tank. It will flex only so long before cracking.
