hello sir I saw his post. I have a problem of oil pressure in my engine and replace everything related to the oil pressure and stil having the same problem when I check inside the carter I found a ring and a metal guide that nobody knows about that part of the engine is at the kenworth they did not know where that part was from please I need a help thank you

That was the other guys issue in this thread too wasnt it? -
I'm not certain that there is any truth behind it, but I have heard........no evidence here.......that aftermarket filters may spin at a higher speed and can cause the bearings to fail prematurely.
I see the top bearings in the cap damaged all the time.... the button on the filter smashes the bearing cage in the cap if you install the spinner filter in the housing first. Always install the spinner in the cap and then fit to the housing.spsauerland and pushbroom Thank this. -
I was told @ course 305 that with the OE Paccar filter the filter spins @ 9,000 rpm. Fleetguard spins @ 18,000 RPM. When they had the issue on caps loosening on centrifugal filter before they added the lock, not one reported case was with the Paccar filter. All were aftermarket ones.
