I have a 2014 Maxxforce 13 with 450,000 miles. It is blowing oil out of the Blowby Tube. A couple gallons per day. I have been told that it is a bad Crankcase Breather Oil Seperator. There is a little spinner in it and if it fails, it builds up a lot of pressure in the engine and blows oil out of the blow by tube. There is a lot of oil in the hose between the Top Turbo and the Charge Air Cooler, so I am thinking that the Turbo needs to be rebuilt as well. Thoughts?

The crankcase oil separator is a centrifuge type, so you are correct it is a spinner type. The spinner is driven by oil pressure. There is a small orifice the oil sprays from against a drive wheel, sorta like a water wheel. It is brass and believe it or not, it erodes and becomes enlarged. This causes two problems which leads to oil pouring out of the blow by tube. 1 - due to the larger diameter, the oil spray velocity is lower, so the spinner spins slower which reduces it ability to separate oil in the first place. 2 - since the hole is bigger, more oil is spraying into the housing than what can drain away and floods the cavity. The oil only has the blow by tube to drain from at that point. The part with the brass nozzle is called the "jet plate". Make sure you get the kit that includes it.
Your other issues of oil present in the high pressure turbo outlet could indeed be a failing turbo center section. Further checks are needed, or just replace it.

Thanks! Yes, I bought the Jet Plate too. I am having the Oil Separator and the Jet Plate installed today. You have to remove the Turbo to replace the Oil Separator, so I bought the Rebuild Kit for the Front Turbo and decided to have it rebuilt as well because of the Oil in the Tube, just to be safe. I have heard that when this turbo blows, it can cause a blown engine. Thank You Headyd for your always helpful replies!

You're welcome, yes, might as well redo that turbo now. Good timing!

I recommend you tow that to a shop with people there that know this engine.
