If something happens, Celadon will probably hire both of you to run teams.
Celadon has one heck of a new pay package; it's hard to believe.
Several more to choose from though.

Kyle G. and Steele123 Thank this.

I understand, just keep in mind, that guy you hit most certainly wouldn’t be honest with you. I’m sure you know that

A small scuff to the right of the plate, a small dent in the top right corner of the hole, and a scratch above the license plate.

It's enough to report it to the driver (shipper, whatever) but unless they want to make a deal of it, not worth reporting to the op's company.

When I received my certification as a Supertrucker. A very experienced driver told him: "Don't worry. The more trucks you run into. The better you get."

This, and your later posts in this thread, just make me lose more and more respect for you.
You care nothing for doing the right thing, only the expedient and deceitful thing. Just hoping that someone else didn't see what happened and report it.

A hit and run is a lot more serious then a simple ding to a fender. Yet you would advise this new driver to put his career on the line by walking away from an accident.

    You truly disgust me, Chinatown.

Character, at least good character, is doing the right thing when nobody is watching.

The thing is, God is watching. And their ain't noooooooooooo lieing then.

Doing the right thing is never wrong, and will get you where you want to be.

That looks like trivial damage. What bothers me is where it occurred. You were way, way, off from the mark of backing in bobtail.

Readjust the far side mirror lower so you can see your drive tires and mudflap.

    Steele123 Thanks this.
