I mean how much more can it be? Maybe slap rods and mains if worried. But if Good oil pressure and good oil sample. LEAVE IT ALONE

Valve cover gasket, cam frame gasket, head gasket, intake manifold gaskets, exhaust manifold gaskets, EGR cooler round coupling seal, water manifold gaskets, injector cup seals, injector o-rings, High pressure fuel line kit, turbo mounting gasket, 6 liners, 6 pistons, rod bearings, main bearings, oil pump, oil pump o-ring and mounting seal, oil pan gasket, oil filter, fuel filters, and some fresh oil. I would also replace the rod cap bolts so you will need 12. You’re looking at about $7,000 in parts with my list. If you want to change the cylinder head that’s fine it’s probably another $2800-$3300 but for the most part the cylinder head steam cleaned is plenty I have never seen a DD cylinder head crack or get damaged except for the valve seals leaking oil. You can avoid the exhaust manifold gaskets, water manifold, and intake manifold gaskets to save a few pennies, but what’s the point if it starts to leak a month later?
