I'm curious about this Carnivore on the road way of eating. I wondered what kind of meals or snacks people have on the go with this.
I'm thinking maybe something like Deli Rotisserie chicken could be convenient?
Beef Jerky?
Maybe get a burger from a Fast Food place or Flying J hot bar, but toss the bun if really tight on time?
Is dietary fiber a concern with this?

Stopped at a loves one time and there’s a guy ranting about how he got to get out of his prison cell for a while.

Beef Jerky is ok sometimes but it’s usually loaded with sugar. Just read the ingredients careful and cross reference that with the list of alternative names for sugar.
I usually bring hard boiled eggs with me and Waffle House is a staple - I get the sirloin, 4 eggs and cofffee. Wendy’s and Hardee’s can wrap burgers in lettuce, BK and McD can’t becaise their lettuce comes pre-shredded. Ideally I’d keep a grill or something in the truck and cool my own food but haven’t figured out a practical way to do that.
Don’t worry about fiber, it’s stupid and unnecessary.
Are you on a low carb diet or any kind now?VIDEODROME Thanks this. -
I'm a yard jockey, but I have a CDL and thinking if road driving again. Hoping to get a diet plan figured out first and trying different things while I'm still local.
I was also curious how practical this was and I'd probably wind up also getting burgers or grilled chicken bunless.
Sadly, I was trying to eat 'healthy' fiber recently and the result is the opposite of what I expected

Knowledge is golden for your diet, I was refered to a site called Broken Brain that tries to sell you the course but if you have time you can listen to a almost 2 hour segment every day, then they try to sell you the course again, ignore that and listen to the free stuff. it has much good information. And the food supply in this country is tainted bad, you can have what they say is the healthiest junk and they sprayed it with one of the wonder products they have. Whole foods, absolutely no hfcs so no sugars or salts have been doing wonders for me.

You don't have time for AA on the road.
All of the things you listed are taken care of along the way as you go. For example Mobile Chapel takes care of the spiritual side. The one in Harrisburg was considered my home church even though I had two churches that were home churches by then in different areas of the USA. Sometimes with that truck you go places where there is no God.
The rest of it I'll leave to others to opine on. There are ways to fix food while moving with a dutch oven or two and so on. And ways to source food yourself instead of the truckstop. -
Many of us are duped by bad science for the sake of profit. We don’t need fiber. All we need is protein and fat, there’s no dietary or metabolic need for fiber or carbohydrates. I’d suggest dietdoctor.com as a place to start and I’d highly recommend a Ketogenic diet to start with. Once you’ve mastered that and have adapted I’d move to the carnivore variation. Trying to get your diet situated now is wise.VIDEODROME Thanks this.

Protein is the power we crave. Toss a steak in there and we be fixing to unload 48000 in a few hours.
Carbs is the stamina. Thus the potatoes. That's where the 700 miles straight through comes from. Just be careful not to eat too many.
Things like salads etc fight off scurvy.
Fiber I think comes from Cantelopes now and then. Either that or the hydration kick followed by general bulk sufficient for the gut to build solid waste in a timely manner.
Vitamin B1 and others supplement what you might not get. Calcium is pretty important along with Vitiamin D. Otherwise your body will mine the bones (Which are replaced every 7 years throughout your life) for it to maintain necessary levels in the blood.
Fat is a useful item, the body uses it to provide for the joints and some of it is used as either insulation or stored for burning when you have no food after a while.
Food quit being the go to fuel for work purposes about 14 years ago. I was not getting the boost from them that I required for night school in addition to day time work all day. Eventually night school had to go. It was going no where.
Last year I was 181 when I went into the hospital and was in need of missing nutrition that month which was not that good up to that time. By the time the Kitchen finished feeding me across the board three meals a day, which was far more than I normally ate. (After all Im paying 1000+ a day, feed me might as well enjoy it) I was back to 195.
It is fortunate that I do not eat like that and was short on Vitamin B and Potatssium according to the full blood panel. They took care of that easily with a multi vitamin. -
What is the brain consisting of? Fat, you need good quality real fat to feed it.

That’s a whole lot of dogma and very little fact.
