I'm thinking about a Volvo with all Volvo components. Engine trans rearened etc. Anybody done that before? What kind of longevity is expented? Brand New.
Why are Volvos so much better than all other Class 8 trucks?

I did like being able to reach my seat organizer on my w9 while driving but then again I really like the comfort and room in my vu-vu.. I’d sport both, I’m not a specific brand fanboy

I've owned 6 trucks and driven many more and ALL of them have a gap between the cabinets and the bunk that stuff falls in and you need a poker to get it out?

So an idiot who doesnt know how, or doesn't care when he does, aim his lights, makes the truck a bad truck?
ALL or almost all of the new trucks and cars have those plastic lens lights that fog up. After that the light isn't focused it diffused by the foggy lens and useless. If you care for them, don't use windshield wash squeegee on them to clean them they stay clear. But not the trucks fault.MartinFromBC and larry2903 Thank this. -
I don't see the issue with Freightliner. Cascadia has been around long enough to show if it was going to be a problem like Volvo...

Yes, regrettably so. All of the trucks ordered as yard stock are white. I don’t mind too much though. Graphics really stand out and it stays cool in summer.
