Saia hands down, better pay the only thing that discouraged drivers is those nanny cameras.

    Good luck

I don't know anything about Dependable Express, but of those 4 Saia is the only "real" LTL freight company with real LTL-level pay. Schneider if you're a rookie and want experience, but they pull YRC doubles so you'd be doing the same job for less pay and fewer benefits than the actual YRC drivers.

Companies know the acronym LTL and the word linehaul makes drivers see dollar signs, but that's not always the case. Real LTL drivers are home every day, or if they're on the road they stay in hotels, not sleepers (except for teams at R&L or Old Dominion, for instance).
