Looking for paid CDL training, willing to relocate

hello everyone,
Looking star a new career as a OTR driver, I would like your advise.
Located in south Texas now, formerly of south Florida, willing to relocate anywhere in the sunbelt
56 years old, good health, no drugs or alcohol, no attachments, willing to go on the road for long periods.

Know a lot about the OTR work, used to run a small trucking company out of Florida and ran a produce shed in South Texas.

Texas drivers license, only 2 moving violations in the last 5 years, no felonies.

After a caustic separation I'm very low on funds as in close to zero, so any training must have a very low upfront cost and upkeep.
